What we collect
- Account: email, hashed password (if email signup) or Google subject ID (if OAuth), display name.
- Usage: your prompts, generated images, credit transactions, timestamps.
- Technical: hashed IP and user-agent (for rate limiting and abuse prevention); raw values are not stored.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We only store order IDs and amounts — never your card number.
How we use it
- To run the Service (show your images, charge credits, send transactional emails).
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection).
- To improve the Service (aggregated, anonymized metrics only).
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand overall page traffic and site usage. GA4 sets an anonymous cookie in your browser that records things like page paths, time on page, and language preference. GA4 data is never joined with your account profile (email, prompts, generated content).
Apart from GA4, we only use cookies that the product strictly needs: your login session (imlab_sid) and your language preference (locale). No third-party advertising cookies.
If you'd rather not be counted by GA4, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Who we share with
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, edge compute.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- AI image infrastructure — your prompt is sent to our image-generation backend to produce the image. Reference images you upload are sent along.
- Resend — email delivery (verification, alerts).
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized traffic analytics.
We do not sell your data. We do not train models on your prompts or images.
Your rights
You can export all your images and transaction history from Account Settings. You can delete your account at any time — this removes your profile, images, and transactions within 30 days.
