What to write about
- Billing. Charge you don't recognise, refund for a failed generation, change of payment method.
- Account. Locked out, want to merge two accounts, want to delete your data.
- Bug reports. Anything that doesn't behave the way you expect — describe what you did, what you saw, what you expected. Screenshots help.
- Feature ideas. Tell me what's missing. I keep a list of every suggestion and prioritise the ones that multiple people independently ask for.
- Press / business. Same address. There's no separate sales channel.
What we don't handle here
For prompt help, model behaviour questions, or content that our generator declined to produce — those are mostly a matter of phrasing. The content policy covers what we don't generate; for everything else, the loop generate → look at the result → reword → generate again is faster than email.
